ABOUT Ming

In 1935, an engineer from Kansas, USA developed a unique paint polishing method that would create a deep, mirror reflection and last for years. The process was coined "Masters in Natural Glazing" and the acronym MING was created. Since that time, an international franchise developed and now over 5 million passenger vehicles have been Ming-processed.  

Other services were developed including Rust Protection and Undercoating, Auto Detailing, Interior Shampooing and Upholstery Protection. The objective was to offer the best possible New Vehicle Protection on news cars and trucks and make older vehicles look like new again with the state of the art appearance reconditioning.

 
Beginning of Ming in Winnipeg

Established in 1978 and joining the Donvito Automotive Group in 2023, Ming Auto Beauty continues to thrive today as the leaders in automobile protection and reconditioning in the Winnipeg and Manitoba market. New services have been added to meet the growing automotive aftermarket to include Window Tinting, Ceramic Coating, Stoneguard Chip Protection, Paintless Scratch and Dent Repair, as well as highly specialized cleaning, deodorizing, and disaster repair.

Ming is grateful to the community for the support it has received over the last few decades. The business continues to remain strong by the tireless efforts of General Manager Trevor Sprechert and his staff who continuously provide uncompromised consistent quality work and unparalleled customer service.
